Over the past few months, AccessVR has been on a dynamic journey, actively participating in several conferences to showcase the innovative capabilities of Orchestrate.

In October 2023, AccessVR proudly embraced the opportunity to participate in the VASEM (Virginia Academy of Science, Engineering, and Medicine) Summit, marking the organization's 10-year anniversary. As one of the select Virginia businesses chosen for this distinguished event, AVR took part in the Technology Showcase, spotlighting our innovative contributions. Chief Immersive Officer JJ Ruscella further enriched the occasion by joining a panel discussion on the future of workforce opportunities through immersive technology.

September 2023 saw Ruscella representing AVR at the Omohundro Institute’s Annual Conference in Williamsburg, VA, and virtually attending the ILA Conference in October 2023. These conferences featured the immersive VR experience, 'The Great Experiment,' a collaborative project with Dr. Warren Hofstra and Dr. Mohammad F. Obeid of Shenandoah University, and Dr. Kevin Hardwick of James Madison University. This groundbreaking project enables viewers to witness the Founding Fathers debating the Constitution, offering a unique historical perspective.

In January 2024, the AccessVR team left a lasting impression at IMSH (International Meeting on Simulation in Healthcare). The booth became a central point of interest, sparking considerable excitement and garnering attention from a diverse audience. Engaging with potential new clients, existing clients, and those revisiting our offerings, we felt privileged to connect with a broad spectrum of attendees. A notable aspect that set AccessVR apart was our focus on providing 360-degree experiences, a feature that distinguished us in a sea of booths all showcasing headsets. The encouraging feedback and valuable connections established at IMSH underscore our unwavering commitment to delivering cutting-edge and user-friendly solutions in the ever-evolving landscape of healthcare simulation.

Most recently, AccessVR had the honor of participating in the Virginia Fire and Rescue Conference in Virginia Beach, VA. Set against the backdrop of our participation in the VIPC-sponsored booth alongside several other innovators, this opportunity allowed us to demonstrate the impact of our products within the fire and rescue community. Engaging with conference attendees, we fostered meaningful connections and solidified our position as an industry leader in immersive technology.

Our dedication to showcasing Orchestrate and promoting our company is unwavering, and we eagerly anticipate the future opportunities that will allow us to share our innovative solutions with a broader audience. Stay tuned as we continue our journey, committed to making a positive impact and forging meaningful connections in the realms of technology and beyond.
